WATCH: Ancient Japanese Archery Club marks 40 years in London

Practitioners of a niche sport in London, Japanese ancient archery, are celebrating after several were promoted in a big ceremony in Tokyo.

Club described Kyudo as an amalgamation of sport, art, meditation and self-building. 

We spoke to Kyudo masters and students in an Eltham sports hall to find out more about the origins of this ancient time in the UK.
